Seeking Within For Answers

The hardest thing for people to fathom, sometimes, is every single answer you seek is within them. They are not found
in the outside world. They are found in your inside world. Your outside world is only a reflection of your inside world!
It is that still, small voice inside of you that you must be very silent to hear, that holds all your answers. Through listening
to it, you can make great strides in life and achieve the life you so desire!

I’ve often heard people say the thought of going within is fearful for them. That has to be the saddest situation out there
to overcome, since all of their answers are there! It is on the outside that we gain the most indecision and confusion
since it mirrors the indecision and confusion on the inside! I think, most often, what causes the fear is, that on a sub
conscious level, many know everything they have been taught to believe is not truth! It is unfortunate, but many feel
their “beliefs” are who they are.

Truth is within you and cannot be given to you by an outside source. You can be lead in the right directions in order to
seek the truth for yourself, but it cannot be given to you through anything you learn from the outside world.

That doesn’t mean that you can’t learn and grow from your experiences on the outside and through reflecting about
those experiences. Still, though, you must go inside to reflect, and still your revelations and healing come from inside.

The easiest way to go within is to meditate on a daily basis. Even if it is for only 10 minutes per day, you will start to see
things differently! Meditation is essential for our well being. Seeking within is not an option for a healthy, happy life. It is a
necessity!

We all meditate on some level, whether we realize it or not. Unfortunately, though in today’s fast paced world, we
generally don’t do it often enough, unless we commit to it because for many it is very hard to find a moment in the day
where there is any silence, much less time alone!

Some find themselves in a meditative state while gardening, hiking through nature, or playing a musical instrument,
some through appreciating art, or cuddling with a beloved pet or loved one, or doing other things they love that
resonates inside them. How often, though, do we actually get to do those things? Is it every day? For most, it isn’t. That’
s why it is important to plan meditation time for you daily!

If you will just take a few minutes every day to sit quietly, breathe deeply, and just let your mind and body relax, you will
start to see major results with how you feel. You will think more clearly, feel calmer, and the answers you seek will start
coming into the light.
