I am very happy to work with assisting people with mental health issues and love to offer natural remedies, nutritional
and lifestyle changes that will help. This is never in place of a face to face practitioner if you have a mental illness. If
you are on medications, you need to be careful about the possible interactions with other remedies.
I will be honest with you, so if you need to understand something I may not sugar coat it. Sometimes we need to hear

I have done quite a lot of research on crystals and their healing properties and tie it in with the nutritional aspect of their
mineralogical make up.
I am currently writing a book on this topic.
